I have, over the past month, received letters from the students to their sponsors, and would like to share those with you so you can see what they think and feel.As you know, their names are fictitious, and I do not put their names under their pictures in order to protect them from harm that could happen to them.Life is very different in that part of the world.I care very much for that people; you may think there are many more people that hurt more than them over there.I am sure there are, but the Christian Palestinians on the West Bank in a few villages, especially Aduaba, are the ones that are on my heart, and my late husband, who was a Christian Jew, backed me up all the way.A Jew caring for and loving an Arab – that’s rare. And he did.So do I; it’s all God’s love anyway, not mine.
I hope their letters will let you know how grateful they are.As the letters keep coming in, I will post them.
God bless you who read this.
P.S. I know four girls who would love to go to high school and college; can anyone help? Also several young ones would love to go to Bethlehem Bible School, but they cannot because of lack of money.Thank you on their behalf; if you can lend a hand to them, it will be like a lifeline.
